If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund. Kindly note that in such cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.

Defective Units
For defective units, credit may be applied for replacement or full refund once there is receipt of defective units. A return materials authorization form must be completed before products can be shipped back.
Please note, there is a 15% restocking fee for any material returned that is not defective or returned for any reason, or variable that is involved with cancelling of a purchase order. Once a purchase order is issued to Transceiver USA, the material is only accepted back in an RMA if restocking fee is paid or allocated towards the owed terms.
